We're turning the corner....

We enter the glorious month of March with glimmers of hope for warmer weather to come. At BHL University we do not know of March being of madness, lions or lambs. We simply sense that soon it will be time to take our fitness outdoors!

Is your Winter Fitness prepared to greet the Spring?

Have you developed your strength to support your summer sports? Functionally trained your back and shoulders to sustain Spring Cleaning? Prepared your cardiovascular system for long walks and hikes and bike rides?

If you have not gotten around to it, now is the time!

In March, BHL University brings you even more programs to weave exercise into a busy schedule. Got 10 minutes? Try Ab Lab, Brazilian Butts, or Cwik Cardio in the Oasis!
Need help with your workout or diet? See an on-site trainer in the fitness center, or send a request for us to meet you in the Oasis! It's all about you! And you being healthy best. How can we help?
